The Process for Obtaining a Blue Card

1.  The undocumented alien resident applies for the Blue Card while in the USA.

2.   The fee for the Blue Card is $20,000.

This is the penalty for entering the country illegally.

3.   The undocumented alien must leave the country physically for a period of 47 days while a

 background check is completed and other administrative functions are performed.

4.   Based upon the approval date for the Blue Card and permission to return,

the $20.000 is paid within six months.

5.   The Blue Card holder is required to have a full time job with in one month.
